How product consultation enquiries are handled on the Resus website.
1. Purpose and information collected
We collect information to discuss product installation, quotations and operating requirements, and to respond to enquiries.
- Required: name, phone number, enquiry category and message
- Optional: company or farm name, email
2. Retention and deletion
Enquiries and internal handling records are retained for 90 days from submission. Expired enquiries are automatically deleted when the service processes a request. To request earlier deletion, contact us using the details below.
3. Declining consent
You may decline consent to collection and use, but you will then be unable to submit an online enquiry. You can contact us by phone or email instead.
4. Access and external services
Enquiries are private and accessible only to the administrators handling them. Our team replies directly using the contact details provided. No advertising analytics or external enquiry forwarding service is connected. The website may access Google Fonts to load its display fonts.
The Directions page connects to Google Maps to display the map.
