a continuous workflow.
Seed cloves move along the conveyor through each processing zone.
Feeding
Feed the seed cloves into the conveyor inlet.
Washing and spraying
Spray nozzles wash the surface of the seed cloves.
Steam treatment
Process the seed cloves under the selected conditions in the heat-treatment zone.
Drainage
Water drains away after heat treatment.
Automatic discharge
The conveyor discharges the processed cloves at the end of the line.
Temperature, conveying speed and other operating conditions are determined through consultation based on the crop and seed-clove condition.
