What to check before installation
Which crops can be processed?
The primary application is garlic seed cloves. For onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes and other crops, consult us about suitability and processing conditions for their type, size and condition.
How can disinfection performance be verified?
Results may vary with the target pathogen, seed-clove condition and operating conditions. Please ask about relevant test data and the scope of verification when discussing installation.
What is needed before installation?
Power supply is 380V / three-phase / 60Hz, with a 15A water inlet and 50A drain. We review installation space, workflow, electrical capacity and water connections during consultation.
Can it completely replace chemicals?
Heat treatment is an approach to reducing pesticide use. Whether chemical treatment is needed depends on crop management practices, processing conditions and validation results.
